IN KRACHT EN GOEDHEYT
Embark on a journey through time and taste, as we unveil the rich tapestry of Tormales – a story steeped in friendship, passion, and the age-old art of brewing.
How did this brewery come to brew its first beer? With the discovery of an ancient, regional brewing recipe (dating back to 1015 AD) on a piece of parchment by a group of friends in Tormales (the oldest known name of Dormaal, Belgium).

“Very dark brown beer with a beige head. The aroma of caramelised dark malt, and raisins. Taste of dried dark fruits, caramel, chocolate, spices, and high carbonation.”
"Donkerbruin, helder, stevige prik, niet fruitig noch zuur, licht bitter, niet IPA, best zoet, caramel, hoge ac. komt er goed door, klassiek stevig winterbier."
